South Reno's Newest Luxury Development: Ascente by Toll Brothers

After many years of development and planning, a new luxury collection of homes by Toll Brothers will soon be available in south Reno. Ascente by Toll Brothers is a new master-planned community featuring two collections of homes: the Copper Rock Collection and the Silver Skye Collection. The homes, which range from 2,611 sq. ft. to over 6,000 sq. ft., will start at $1,100,000. 

Prime Location

The Ascente by Toll Brothers community is located in Callahan Ranch off of Mt. Rose Highway and Fawn Lane. This high-end hillside community will offer sweeping views of the surrounding mountains including the Sierra Nevada Range. The area is also close to many hiking and biking trails as well as parks and outdoor recreational spaces including Lake Tahoe. The location also offers easy access to shopping, dining, and medical facilities. The nearby freeway access allows for an easy commute in and around the Truckee Meadows and beyond.

The Copper Rock Collection

Offering four new single-family home foolor plans, the Copper Rock Collection will start at $1,100,000. Both one and two-story home designs will be available ranging from 2,611-3,722 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms, up to 4.5 bathrooms, and 3-car garages. The homes will offer many included features as well as indoor-outdoor living spaces. Homeowners will work with the Toll Brothers Design Studio to select from a wide array of luxurious personalization options for their new home. The Silversyke Collection

Starting at $1,400,000, the Silverskye Collection will offer one- and two-story home designs with 3,000–6,300 square feet, 3–6 bedrooms, up to 6 full baths, 3-car garages, and flexible living spaces. This hillside community will offer easy access to outdoor trails along with wonderful views. The home designs will feature dramatic angular architecture to complement the area’s rugged natural appeal as well as high ceilings, luxury kitchens, and indoor-outdoor spaces. Local Schools

The community is zoned for some of Reno’s best public schools including Hunsberger Elementary School, Marce Herz Middle School, and Galena High School.
