Ascente by Toll Brothers is a new master-planned community featuring two collections of homes: the Copper Rock Collection and the Silver Skye Collection. Rose Highway and Fawn Lane. This high-end hillside community will offer sweeping views of the surrounding mountains including the Sierra Nevada Range. The area is also close to many hiking and biking trails as well as parks and outdoor recreational spaces including Lake Tahoe. The nearby freeway access allows for an easy commute in and around the Truckee Meadows and beyond. ##### The Copper Rock Collection Offering four new single-family home foolor plans, the Copper Rock Collection will start at $1,100,000. Both one and two-story home designs will be available ranging from 2,611-3,722 square feet with 3-5 bedrooms, up to 4.5 bathrooms, and 3-car garages. The homes will offer many included features as well as indoor-outdoor living spaces.
