The State of Nevada, through its Consumer Affairs Unit, is actively investigating **MV Realty PBC, LLC, MV Realty of Nevada LLC, and affiliated entities** for potential deceptive trade practices related to an agreement called the **“Homeowner Benefit Agreement.”** If you or someone you know signed paperwork with MV Realty in the past few years, this is worth your attention. ## What Is the “Homeowner Benefit Agreement”? The agreement may have been presented to homeowners as a **no-repayment loan** or a simple **cash benefit** in exchange for future business.
