Double Diamond in South Meadows
Stage Coach II and Gold Rush Village are located within the master-planned residential area of Double Diamond in South Reno / South Meadows. Designed with families in mind, amenities include parks, trails, open space, and good access to schools. Homes vary in size and style; many are modern, single-family homes built in the 2000s.

Stage Coach II
Built by Reynen & Bardis in 2005, Stage Coach II is part of the Double Diamond Ranch HOA. The community features larger homes ranging from 2,466 to 3,872 square feet, well-kept lots from 0.18 to 0.42 acres, zoned for good schools, and is a desirable neighborhood for many families.
Gold Rush Village
This community was also built by Reynen & Bardis. Gold Rush Village is part of the Double Diamond Ranch HOA. There are two sections of this community, Gold Rush Village South and Gold Rush Village North. Homes were built around the same time (mid-2000s), and the community is located adjacent to Stage Coach II. Some homesites in the Gold Rush Village South the homes have larger lots of up to .41 of an acre and range from 2,466 to 3,848 sq ft, offering 3-6 bedrooms. In Gold Rush Village North, homes and lots are smaller and range from 2-4 bedrooms and 1,200-2,200 square feet in size.
